ProNorthern LLC is an Ohio based consulting firm founded to give small businesses and independent innovators access to the kind of strategic guidance that used to be reserved for companies with seven-figure advisory budgets.

Matthew F. Tezak started ProNorthern because he lived it. Before building this firm, he navigated the same decisions that keep founders up at night -- entity formation, competitive positioning, figuring out how to build credibility with no budget and no roadmap. He knows what it costs to get those decisions wrong, and he knows what becomes possible when you get them right. ProNorthern exists because that experience deserved to become something that could help more people.
